Your game plan?

As a Technical Coach, your mission will be to improve technology teams and help them achieve excellence by sharing your knowledge, offering new perspectives, possibilities & insight.

You manage organizational change through coaching on three levels: Team & Process, Business & Product, Architecture & Technical Delivery.

• You’ll dive deep into the code, address complex technical issues and guide teams on how to tackle problems and improve their workflows.

• Align team efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• You guide and coach Agile, Kanban & Lean principles and encourage the adoption of best practices across teams, helping improve technical standard.
• You serve as a mentor, assisting developers in reaching their full potential by creating a growth-oriented environment, identifying gaps in growth plans and training needs.
• You are also a vital link between Product and Development teams, facilitating a deep understanding of both technical and business needs. You coach and guide Product Owners to drive the business value while maintaining a clear focus on the overall project vision.
• You will drive long-term success by coaching teams on how to find solutions, handle challenges, and work collaboratively to build high-quality solutions.

Who You Are:

• You have a strong technical background, as well as a broad perspective on technology. You can dive deep into code whilst also understanding the big picture.
• You master collaboration and modelling techniques.
• You’re experienced in coaching developers to reach the next level and guiding teams through complex technical challenges.
• Your stack expertise includes .NET Core and TypeScript.
• You have experience working with large-scale, test-driven applications with a focus on zero downtime deployments.
• You are able to build trust and have strong communication skills. You are a true mentor.
• You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of Dutch is a bonus.
