Your Mission at Protime
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in Brussels - a region full of untapped potential. Your mission? Open doors, build strong relationships, and position Protime as the trusted partner for Workforce Management solutions. You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact, supported by a collaborative team and a culture that values initiative and results.
What will you do as a Business Development Manager?
Hunt for new business: Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Collaborate with marketing: Develop initiatives that keep the pipeline flowing and share ideas for sales strategy and lead channels.
Visiting prospects and attending events: For us, prospecting is more than cold calling! You’ll visit prospects several times a week, alternating with online demos and video calls. In addition, you’ll actively participate in relevant networking events to build relationships and create new opportunities.
Advise and consult: Convince business owners, HR managers, and purchasers of our solutions by acting as a trusted advisor.
Expand the portfolio: Successfully close deals and hand over accounts to our Existing Business team for follow-up.
Build bridges: Work closely with internal teams (Consultants, Customer Care, Marketing, Product Owners) and SD Worx colleagues in your region to guarantee growth.
Manage your pipeline: Organize and monitor your sales activities professionally and proactively.
Your skills and mindset to start at Protime
For this role, we are looking for a proactive sales expert who is curious, strongly results-oriented, and thrives on networking.
You have several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
You are a true hunter who gets energy from meeting new people and building relationships.
You have a strong sense of ownership and can work independently while staying connected to the team.
You communicate effortlessly and know how to present solutions convincingly.
You are bilingual Dutch-French and have a strong command of English.
An existing network in Brussels is a big plus.
